Contacting WSCP and WSAB

Please note that the numbers and email addresses below are for general enquiries relating to the Worcestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership or Worcestershire Safeguarding Adults Board.

They are NOT for Social Care enquiries relating to any individual child(ren)/adult/families.

Children –

• Worcestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership (WSCP)
  Any professional who has a general enquiry is welcome to contact WSCP on 01905 845930 or email WSCP@worcestershire.gov.uk (note this number and email do not accept referrals). WSCP do not hold any information on specific individuals or referrals

 

• Making a Safeguarding Referral for Children – The Family Front Door (Worcestershire Children First), Initial Contact and Referral Team is the central point for all referrals for children and young people aged 0 to 18 years and living in Worcestershire where there is safeguarding or child protection concerns for them. This team receives referrals from professionals, members of the community, family members, children and young people directly. Please contact the Family Front Door directly telephone 01905 822666.
• If you have a child protection concern outside of normal office hours please contact their out of hours emergency duty team (EDT) telephone 01905 768020

 

Adults –

• Worcestershire Safeguarding Adults Board (WSAB)
  If you would like safeguarding advice, please phone the Safeguarding Early Response and Triage Team on 01905 843189. This advice line will be available from 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday. The Team aim to respond to your query within two working days. (note this number does not accept referrals).
