WSCP: Raising Awareness of Child Exploitation Training – Webcast Event
Communications were sent out earlier in the year to explain that due to COVID-19 we would have to re-look at how we deliver the ‘Raising Awareness of Child Exploitation Training’ event. We have been able to provisionally book in dates for face to face training to take place with the trainers at County Hall, Worcester dates run from September of this year to February 2021 at reduced numbers to allow for appropriate social distancing. We are aware that there are many professionals that will not be able to attend this training in person for a number of reasons such as due to shielding and due to the very limited numbers of available places for the face to face events. We have therefore booked in a webcast version of this training so we can ensure that everyone has the opportunity to access this training safely from home.
The training will take place virtually on Monday 17th August, this will start promptly at 1pm until 3pm. We will facilitate this webcast by using zoom.
Below are the instructions of how to book on to this training (please note there is separate links for WCF staff and staff from external agencies). Once you have booked a place on to this training through our learning and development team you will then be sent out a calendar invite which will have the zoom link within that you will need to click on to participate in the training on the day. We will maintain a record of everyone attending this training for our own data collection.
