Reoccurring Themes from SARs

A  number of reoccurring themes have emerged through Safeguarding Adults Reviews, both nationally and locally.

These include:

• Mental Capacity Act
• Making Safeguarding Personal
• Professional Curiosity
• Multi Agency Working/ Information Sharing

Annual Learning Event

Each year the WSAB holds an annual learning event where we share the learning from Safeguarding Adults Reviews.  This may focus on learning from an individual SAR or from reoccurring themes.  Further details on the events we have held can be found here:
